It’s a new year and we’re proud to bring you a fresh new look for boaweb.com! Throughout the development process, our team’s number one priority was the user experience. In order for the new site to be easy to navigate in an increasingly mobile world, we chose a responsive design that ensures readability on mobile devices and tablets.  Whether you’re looking for resources on Data QualityInformation Governance or Data Migration, watch a webinar or read a customer success story, it’s all there for you in a click.  We’re honored to work with many of the world’s leading companies, and our passion and commitment to customers is reflected in our 100% customer success rate.  I personally enjoyed every one of their stories and hope you find them helpful and enjoyable too.

During the content gathering process, we were able to calculate and quantify some incredible statistics.

BackOffice Customer Statistics

  • 7,000,000+ Customer Success Hours
  • 1,200+ Successful Data Migrations

After seeing these stats, I thought about Malcolm Gladwell and his reference to the 10,000-hour rule. He explained that to do something really well requires a 10,000 hour commitment.  Everyone at BackOffice is proud of our collective 7,000,000+ hours dedicated to customer success, and it’s all focused on one area – Data.  We really, really, know data well.

You’ll also find some photos of our Harwich office interspersed throughout the website via parallax scrolling technology. Please be sure to visit our Community page to see our support of the local and global community, including a photo of the champion Cape Cod Senior Softball team.

We hope you enjoy the site and contact us if you have any questions or comments.

All the best in 2014.
